As the president says, let me be clear. I don't doubt that there are some African-American pastors who are sincerely and truly struggling with President Obama's statement in support of same sex marriage. The thing is, though, that this struggle only really matters if they're willing to drop their support of him over it. As long as they support the President anyway, their struggles and even their disagreement with him on this issue won't matter a bit.
