You Can't Make This Stuff Up

If you did, nobody would believe it.  In fact, like the author of this piece, my first instinct was that this must be a joke, but apparently it's not.

Now, I'll concede that President Obama most likely did not make the decision to do this.  He may not even have known about it.  Still, whoever did make the decision obviously thought it would please President Obama.    I have little doubt that this person was right.
