If Sheila Jackson Lee was right, that'd be the only reasonable conclusion. If, in fact, Fast and Furious started under President Bush, then the only reason to invoke executive privilege would be to protect him. Darn nice of President Obama to do that.
Of course, saying "if Sheila Jackson Lee was right" is similar to saying "if the sun rose in the west."
