President Obama does not want the Keystone pipeline to go through. He just doesn't want to be seen as not wanting it to go through. He will continue to throw all kinds of roadblocks in its path, all in the name of "safety", while continuing to insist that he wants to see this happen, really he does, cross his heart. It just needs to be done "the right way". Which, in Obamaspeak, means it needs to not be done at all.
